Job summary

Mossad Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Backfill IT Engineer to cover resident engineers on leave, delivering desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer and network support across multiple locations.

You will perform hardware and software setup, assist with AV in meeting rooms, manage user accounts, provide VPN support, coordinate with vendors, and help with IT projects and asset management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in PC hardware/software support and IT security preferred.
• MS Office 365 hands-on experience (1+ year).
• Experience in Level 1 & 2 support.

Responsibilities

• Perform Backfill IT engineer duties when resident engineers are on leave or absent.
• Setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, phones, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices (Windows and Apple).
• Provide remote and onsite support across multiple locations as required.
• Assist with network connectivity issues and AV setups in meeting rooms.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for problem resolution and asset management.
• Deliver IT projects and hardware/software rollouts; document processes.
