Job summary

TD Securities is seeking aWorkspace Engineer to provide responsive desk-side, remote and meeting-room technology support for the Asia Pacific user community from Singapore. The role combines end-user computing with hands-on AV support, owning incidents through resolution and contributing to readiness and improvements.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience, strong AV and conferencing skills, and proficiency with Windows 11, M365, SCCM/MECM and ITSM platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on desktop, workspace or end-user computing support experience.
• Strong experience supporting AV-enabled meeting rooms and conferencing setups.
• Ability to support Microsoft Teams meetings or Teams Rooms and Webex or similar platforms.
• Ability to prep rooms and equipment for executive meetings and events.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows endpoints, M365 apps, printers and devices.
• Knowledge of enterprise endpoint deployment and management tools (SCCM/MECM, Intune).
• Experience with IT service-management platforms like ServiceNow, with good ticket ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side, remote and room-based support for end users in Asia Pacific.
• Set up and troubleshoot meeting rooms, boardrooms and collaboration spaces.
• Support displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, room controllers and content-sharing devices.
• Assist with collaboration platforms (Teams Rooms, Teams, Webex) and ensure audio/video quality.
• Perform room health checks and support important meetings and events.
• Manage incidents and requests with proper documentation and escalation when needed.
• Maintain accurate service notes and asset updates in the ticketing system.
