Workspace Engineer: AV & Meeting Room Specialist

Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a Workspace Engineer to deliver desk-side, remote and meeting-room technology support across the Asia Pacific region from Singapore. You will own incidents through resolution, support AV and conferencing, and contribute to readiness, documentation and deployments.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows endpoints, M365, meeting platforms and asset management, with a focus on executive-facing support and security controls.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of hands-on desktop, workspace or related corporate technology support experience.
• Strong experience supporting AV-enabled meeting rooms and conferencing setups.
• Ability to support Microsoft Teams meetings or Teams Rooms and Webex or similar platforms.
• Prepare rooms and equipment for executive meetings and events with calm, discreet support.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows endpoints, M365, printers, monitors, docks, mobile devices and network connectivity.
• Knowledge of SCCM/MECM, Intune or similar endpoint deployment tools.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow with ticket ownership and documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a global follow-the-sun model.
• Handle company information with security, privacy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support via remote or on-site desk-side assistance.
• Set up and troubleshoot meeting rooms, displays, cameras, microphones and room controllers.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams meetings, Webex and other conferencing technologies.
• Conduct room health checks and coordinate pre-meeting testing for important events.
• Own incidents, escalate to engineering teams when needed, and document resolutions.
• Deploy and manage devices and peripherals for moves/adds/changes.
• Support enterprise platforms and network connectivity within the team’s scope.
• Maintain accurate service notes and asset updates per ITIL practices.
• Build relationships with users, facilities and vendors for smooth operations.
• Create reusable support procedures and knowledge artifacts.
