Job summary

A technology and engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team and oversee operations.   • Oversee day to day operations, ensuring the adherence to maintenance schedules and protocols
  • Ensuring workshop is equipped for maintenance tasks
  • Monitor and implement quality control measurement to ensure standards of workmanship on all activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workshop policies, promoting a safe work environment for all staff
  • Management of workshop cost and sales optimizing resource utilization
  • Prepare and present operational report to upper management, conveying important KPI
  • Facilitate effective communication and workflow within the organization
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards set by customer
  • Perform tests and ensure equipment meets requirements
  • Document findings and prepare detailed report
