Job summary

Keppel Technology Solutions is seeking an Executive for Corporate & Workplace Services in Singapore. The role coordinates workplace facilities, office services, onboarding and offboarding to ensure a safe, professional and employee-friendly environment.

You will liaise with HR, building management and internal stakeholders, supporting workplace guidelines, access management and corporate initiatives. The role emphasizes service-minded delivery and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, HR or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in onboarding/offboarding, office facilities, workplace operations or corporate support services preferred.
• Exposure to ISO certification, sustainability reporting, workplace safety, office renovation or business continuity activities advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workspace allocations for onboarding new employees.
• Liaise with facility management on workplace-related matters.
• Coordinate workplace access arrangements with internal IS for new employees.
• Support travel, accommodation, transportation and corporate hospitality arrangements.
• Respond to employee enquiries and workplace service requests promptly and professionally.
• Onboard new employees in HRIS and coordinate onboarding activities.
