Job summary

TT Employment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to lead daily facilities and workplace operations, covering technical, cleaning, mailroom and support services. You will drive service delivery to meet KPIs and SLAs while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will manage client relationships, vendors and service partners, monitor budgets, and lead performance reviews with stakeholders to continuously improve the workplace experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC, electrical, fire protection and BMS systems.
Experience in managing vendors, contractors, budgets and client stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of KPI/SLA, safety, compliance and risk management.
Customer-focused, commercially aware and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead daily facilities and workplace operations, including technical, cleaning, mailroom and support services.
Ensure service delivery meets KPIs, SLAs, safety and compliance requirements.
Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact for operational matters.
Lead and manage vendors, contractors and service partners.
Monitor budgets, costs, risks and overall operational performance.
Drive workplace experience and service quality improvements.
Manage incidents, emergency preparedness and business continuity.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity and continuous improvement.
Prepare operational reports and lead regular performance reviews with stakeholders.
