Job summary

MSI Global Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Facilities and Workplace Services professional to manage SRTC workplace services, ensuring cleanliness, safety and operational efficiency across facilities. The role requires coordinating cleaning, security, pest control, waste and grounds maintenance, space management and vendor contracts.

You will support improvement initiatives, manage budgets and engage stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant services and a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Property Management, or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in field service, technical support, maintenance, or equipment servicing.
• 5-10 years in facilities management, operations, hospitality, workplace services, or property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day cleaning operations by service contractor.
• Ensure cleanliness standards across facilities and monitor service performance.
• Manage contracted security manpower and operations including access control.
• Coordinate pest control programs and maintain hygiene standards.
• Oversee waste collection, recycling and sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee landscape maintenance and grounds safety.
• Coordinate meeting/event room setups and AV/logistics for visits.
• Manage workspace layouts, moves, relocations and asset lifecycle.
• Review service delivery against KPIs, conduct contract reviews, and manage budgets.
• Address tenant and user feedback and conduct satisfaction surveys.
