Job summary

JLL is looking for a Workplace Experience Lead to oversee on-site hospitality and engagement for a key client account in Singapore. You will lead a team of Workplace Ambassadors delivering daily services across the client workspace, ensuring brand-aligned experiences and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent practical experience in business, hospitality, communications or HR.
• 4+ years in client-facing roles within workplace experience or managed services.
• Experience leading frontline teams (5+ members).
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with desk booking apps and visitor management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Client Partnership: act as trusted contact for workplace experience, aligning service with client goals.
• Team Leadership: recruit, train, coach, and manage Workplace Ambassadors; set expectations and review performance.
• Service Excellence: oversee ambassador-led services including events, office readiness, and employee assistance.
• Experience Design & Execution: co-create and implement tailored workplace programs to boost employee satisfaction.
• Operational Oversight: monitor site operations, coordinate with vendors and JLL teams to resolve issues.
• Feedback & Continuous Improvement: gather insights and propose enhancements based on surveys and reports.
• Compliance & Reporting: ensure SLAs, safety regulations, and privacy standards; deliver reports.
• Budget & Resource Management: manage staffing, supplies, and minor budgets.
