A leading organization in workplace safety is seeking a Workplace Safety Officer in Singapore. The role involves developing and implementing safety initiatives, conducting audits, and analyzing safety performance data. Candidates must have a background in engineering and be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer, with at least 3 years of experience in construction. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential. Relevant experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
You will be part of the Workplace Safety team to ensure a high quality workplace safety standard in the organization. Your role includes having to develop and implement workplace safety initiatives, set and enforce safety standards, conduct safety audits as well as review of safety initiatives.
You will be required to analyse the data and trends of our safety performance. Review the strategies and develop processes to implement the safety programs/initiatives for improvement. You will also be required to explore the adoption of technology on sites and conduct testbed collaborations.
Background in engineering with specialized training in safety and health. Is a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer. At least 3 years of relevant workplace safety and health practicing experiences in construction. Good communication & interpersonal skills and is able to multi-task. Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an advantage.
