Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Workplace Ops/Experience Manager to oversee daily office operations, facilities services, and employee experience initiatives. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, vendor coordination, safety programs, and office events to sustain a safe, organized, and engaging workspace.

The role requires 5+ years in workplace operations, strong governance and HSE knowledge, and hands-on project management for relocations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Workplace Operations, Office Administration, Facilities Coordination, Corporate Services, Employee Experience, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting office operations within corporate, consulting, technology, or professional services environments is preferred.
• Experience managing Facilities and Workplace Operations within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Workplace Governance, Compliance, and Health & Safety requirements.
• Proven experience in Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Supplier Coordination.
• Experience managing office services, budgeting, procurement, and operational planning.
• Strong project management skills, including office moves, workplace upgrades, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting employee engagement, onboarding, offboarding, and workplace experience programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, workplace services, and employee experience initiatives.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers, workplace logistics, and office readiness activities.
• Drive employee engagement programs, workplace community initiatives, and office events.
• Partner with internal teams to support change management activities, workplace communications, and employee communications.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, emergency response, and business continuity requirements.
• Oversee office physical security, visitor management, access controls, and security-related processes.
• Manage relationships with building management, landlords, service providers, and external vendors.
• Coordinate office projects including expansions, relocations, refurbishments, and workplace improvements.
• Support procurement activities, supplier management, contract administration, and office services delivery.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and support environmental compliance objectives.
• Manage workplace operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Maintain workplace documentation, policies, procedures, and knowledge resources.
