Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in workplace (FM) delivery preferred.
• Excellent time management and communication skills essential.
• Sales ability to build productive business relationships is important.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Workplace team across client sites and oversee soft & hard services.
• Implement preventive and planned maintenance to minimise costs and risks.
• Develop client engagement strategies and manage stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate with landlords and authorities on operations and lease-related matters.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalisation of the workplace using data analytics.
