Job summary

JLL is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead a multifunctional team delivering day-to-day facilities operations across client offices in Singapore. You will manage soft services, events, helpdesk and security, while coordinating with engineering and vendors to ensure safe, compliant and cost-effective services.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of facilities management experience, strong budget control abilities, and a proven track record in vendor and contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities/soft services or related field.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with budgeting, reporting and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Workplace/Event Ambassadors and soft services teams.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including soft services, events and security.
• Monitor contractor performance and KPI attainment.
• Ensure policies, SOPs and safety standards are followed.
• Support health & safety reviews and business continuity planning.
