Job summary

Wise in Singapore is hiring a Workplace Operations Coordinator to maintain a welcoming, productive office and support a hybrid work model. You will manage daily facilities tasks, host onboarding sessions, curate pantry offerings, and help with events that boost employee wellbeing.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in related roles, strong financial literacy, and excellent communication. The role is based in our Singapore office and requires five days on site.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• 3+ years in workplace community building, facilities management, hospitality, or events.
• Comfortable with invoice processing, budget tracking, and data organisation.

Responsibilities

• Cover front desk during core hours and greet employees and visitors.
• Coordinate mail, packages, and courier services; manage helpdesk tickets.
