Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Singapore is hiring for a Workplace Operations & Service Delivery role aimed at delivering a seamless employee and visitor experience. You will oversee daily operations, conduct safety-focused walkthroughs, handle service requests, and collaborate with Facilities Management, Engineering, Security, and other teams to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day workplace operations to ensure a seamless employee and visitor experience on Level 11.
• Conduct regular workplace walkthroughs to ensure spaces are operationally ready, safe, clean, and aligned with workplace standards.
• Monitor and coordinate workplace service requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Liaise with Facilities Management, Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, Culinary Services, and other support teams to ensure service excellence.
• Identify operational gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Escalate and update workplace issues appropriately and follow through until closure.
• Support the planning and execution of workplace experience initiatives, wellness programs, employee events, and community engagement activities.
• Drive participation and awareness of workplace programs and services.
• Curate workplace moments that improve employee satisfaction, well-being, and sense of belonging.
• Gather employee feedback and insights to continuously enhance workplace experiences.
• Monthly reporting of HX events
• Support communication campaigns and engagement activities that promote organizational culture and workplace initiatives.
• Ensure workplace spaces, meeting rooms, collaboration areas, wellness facilities, and shared amenities are functioning effectively and maintained to expected standards.
• Support workplace readiness for meetings, town halls, training sessions, and special events.
• Partner with workplace stakeholders to optimize space utilization and employee experience.
• Monitor workplace aesthetics, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and workplace stakeholders.
• Understand client expectations and proactively support workplace experience objectives.
• Participate in client meetings and provide updates on workplace initiatives and service performance.
• Support the implementation of client-driven workplace experience programs and enhancements.
• Maintain accurate records of workplace requests, feedback, incidents, and service recovery actions managed from/to SG Workplace Mailbox.
• Track workplace experience metrics and service performance indicators.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations relating to workplace engagement activities and operational performance.
• Support audits, compliance activities, workplace inspections, and governance requirements.
• Monthly utility & rental payment submissions, track utility consumption trend.
• Manage planned Move Requests and Locker management for PLG Visitor Management (L11).
• Provide personable and efficient visitor welcoming services.
• Enhance safety and security of our client’s facility by management of visitor movement.
• Execute emergency response plan to ensure safety of client and guest when necessary.
• Conducting employee surveys and gathering feedback.
• Analyzing feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implementing changes based on employee feedback.
• Assist & educate client to achieve optimization and efficiency for meeting room bookings.
• Enhance user comfort and services by efficient turnaround of meeting rooms.
• Communicate with housekeeping team on cleanliness maintenance before and after events.
• Plan experiences and community events within and beyond the office, that unite people and inject fun into the workplace.
