The Workplace Operations Professional will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various workplace operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our services. This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning:?Develop and manage the workplace support services budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Contract Management:?Oversee the management of contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and facilitating renewals or modifications as necessary.
  • Vendor Management:?Establish and maintain relationships with third-party service providers and vendors, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Project Management:?Lead and coordinate workplace‑related projects, including A&A (Alterations and Additions) works, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Support sustainability initiatives and manage the accreditation process for relevant BizSAFE and ISO certification documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Reporting:?Prepare and present reports on workplace utilization, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives to management, ensuring transparency and informed decision‑making.
  • Liaison with Building Management:?Act as the primary point of contact with building management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on workplace‑related matters.
  • Process and Cost‑Driven Execution:?Demonstrate a process‑driven and cost‑effective approach to workplace support services, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Support for In‑House Events:?Provide logistical support for in‑house events, including setup, coordination, and post‑event evaluations to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Workplace Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in workplace support services or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of budget management, procurement processes, and vendor relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with smart locker systems and desk booking applications is a plus.
