The Senior Executive / Executive, People & Culture will work closely and support the Director, People & Culture in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Associate Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Associate Communications, Performance Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Associate Welfare.
We are looking for self-motivated HR Practitioner who has a strong desire to contribute in a luxury brand, with strong sustainability focus. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as good understanding HR regulations and Law. You should have an eye for detail, takes a hands‑on approach of work and is creative with the ability to adapt to ever changing labour market and its demands.
