We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Aircraft Wheel & Brake Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our maintenance operations, ensuring the safety and reliability of aircraft wheel and brake systems.

The opportunity

Working from our base in Singapore, you will be part of our family of Wheels and Brakes Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) and are responsible to ensure that every product that has gone through the facility is airworthiness. We are one of the largest Wheel and Brakes Part 145 MRO facility holding multiple Aviation Authorities Approval. The company also offers opportunities to progress into Certifying Staff.

The primary tasks will include, not limited to:
  • Read and Understand Work Instructions, Component Maintenance Manuals (C.M.M.), Operating Procedures and Aviation Regulatory Expositions.
  • Demonstrate Knowledge and understanding of Process Paperwork and Parts Control.
  • Understand and conduct all processes defined in OEM C.M.M.s.
  • Perform Disassembly & dismount of aircraft wheel and brake units.
  • Perform Cleaning and paint removal of aircraft wheels and hardware (bearings and small parts), brake unit/parts.
  • Perform Inspection and repair of aircraft wheel and brakes.
  • Perform Assembly and Final Testing of wheels and brakes.
  • Operation and Maintenance of equipment and tools related to wheel and brake maintenance and overhaul.
Qualifications:

We are seeking an Aircraft Wheel & Brake Technician who is aligned with the description below:

  • Diploma or Nitec in Aerospace/Aviation Maintenance.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Aircraft Wheel & Brake Technician or equivalent.
  • Completed Human Factors & Safety Management System (SMS) training.
