Responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, ordering supplies, and training staff. The role requires excellent communication and planning skills, as well as flexibility for shift work including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Western Restaurant or Retail.

Responsibilities
