Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, drive efficiency, and ensure KPI achievement in a fast-paced environment near the MRT in the North/West of Singapore.

You will plan manpower, coach staff, enforce safety and SOPs, manage inventory with SAP and WMS, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with WMS, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Familiar with workplace safety regulations, SOPs, and operational best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership, people management, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily warehouse operations to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower resources to achieve operational targets, productivity, and KPIs.
• Coach, train, and develop team members while monitoring performance and addressing performance-related matters per company policies.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, SOPs, and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Coordinate with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams for timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Oversee inventory control activities, ensuring stock accuracy and traceability through WMS and SAP.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, billing, and documentation.
• Prepare, analyse, and maintain operational reports, KPI dashboards, and monthly performance reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean) to enhance performance.
• Communicate updates and changes to the team.

Job description

Salary package: Basic up to $4000 (Experience based)

Working Hours: 44hours per week (8pm - 8am)

Work Location: North/West - Walking distance from MRT

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions (WIs).

• Coordinate closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

• Oversee inventory control activities, ensuring stock accuracy and traceability through Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, billing, and all supporting documentation.

• Prepare, analyse, and maintain operational reports, including KPI dashboards, order turnaround time, and monthly performance reports.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and Lean methodologies, to enhance operational performance and efficiency.

• Communicate operational updates, process changes, and departmental initiatives effectively to the team.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
