Job summary

Kumpulan Development (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure efficient inventory management. The role focuses on accurate stock, timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in warehouse supervision, familiarity with WMS/ERP, and a forklift licence. If you enjoy leading people in a fast-paced FMCG setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, logistics or warehouse ops preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Familiar with inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Forklift licence required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and deliveries.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics teams to support smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Train and guide warehouse staff on operational procedures and best practices.
• Prepare basic warehouse and inventory reports as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Possess a valid forklift licence
