Job summary

Shopee is seeking a dedicated warehouse staff member in Singapore to perform daily warehouse duties including inbound and outbound tasks, as well as general housekeeping responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable working in cold conditions and capable of handling items up to 15kg.

Education requirements include a minimum of a Secondary School diploma or Nitec in Supply Chain Management. Relevant experience in warehouse operations and understanding of logistics is preferred. Certification in forklift operation and food safety is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Able to carry items up to 15kg.
• Comfortable working in cold and frozen zones.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse duties including inbound (receiving, sorting, put-away), outbound (pick/pack/release), materials handling responsibilities and general housekeeping duties
• Receive fresh produce deliveries at the Inbound dock
• Conduct daily morning expiry sweep before the start of pick operations
• Check on the quality, quantity & expiry date of items for receiving and releasing
• Pick customer orders strictly per pick list
• Place items into respective locations identified in WMS system
• Packing items according to SOP
• Ad-hoc tasks will be assigned based on warehouse needs

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School education or Nitec in Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 months of experience in warehouse/fresh/supply chain management is preferred
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (cold & frozen) zones
• Able to carry items up to 15kg
• Able to work on shift pattern, 5 days work week including weekends
• Good understanding of Logistics / e-commerce industry
• Having a valid WSQ Certified Forklift License will be a plus
• Having a valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 will be a plus
• Experience in handling reach-truck, license for forklift will be a plus
