Responsibility

As a Warehouse Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the warehouse operation, quality control, and team management aspects of our wholesales and product division. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in party and decorative products, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Description

• Cooperate and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse and delivery team, ensuring adherence to warehouse working quality is up to standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper maintenance in the warehouse department.
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement and maintain quality assurance programs, adhering to industry packaging standards.
• Research and develop with the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotations, and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies of products, materials and packaging materials.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment in the warehouse for all employees.
• Analyze packaging data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions.
• Requires handling of heavy cargo, carry heavy goods, roughly 20kg to 25kg.
• Need to work on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and overtime.
• Able to work rotating shift (day/night) and overtime.

Working Location: Redhill.
