Overview
As the Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will support the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse—managing the flow of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and upholding Best‑in‑Class service delivery. You will work closely with the Warehouse team and broader Operations team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of shipments, inventory movements, and documentation.
Department and Reporting
Department: Transport & Warehouse
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week / 8 hours per day), plus alternate Saturdays (4 hours)
Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Coordinate the receipt, booking in, and dispatch of all cargo and goods in accordance with company procedures.
- Load, offload, label, and palletise shipments as required, ensuring smooth flow through the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment within set timeframes and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all warehouse movements.
- Support warehouse organisation and workflow efficiency through proactive problem‑solving.
Inventory Management
- Deal with inventory requirements, ensuring that all goods received are booked in within defined timelines and recorded on the appropriate warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock audits.
- Reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate data in internal systems.
- Work with the Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to streamline stock management processes.
Customer Service Support
- Respond to operational and customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Provide updates on shipment status, inventory availability, and delivery progress.
- Support continuous improvement in customer service delivery and turnaround times.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, and other team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Support the implementation of improved logistics and inventory systems.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Your Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and handling equipment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
- Forklift licence and manual handling experience desirable, but not essential.
