Job description
Inbound Receiving Tasks
  • Handle inbound deliveries of components, including counting and inspection. Goods may be delivered by carton, pallet, or container.
  • Complete put-away tasks from supplier or production accurately and promptly, with proper records maintained in SAP.
  • Report quality issues, damaged, or defective goods promptly to the QC team.
Outbound Tasks
  • Pick and prepare components for the production team quickly and efficiently.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare all outbound shipments, including customs documentation.
Record Keeping
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements, discrepancies, and adjustments.
  • Ensure inbound and outbound documentation is complete for audit and compliance purposes.
Inventory Control & Organisation
  • Organize and monitor inventory within the warehouse.
  • Conduct cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Operate a reach truck for stock movement as required.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following relevant Health & Safety procedures and reporting any issues or improvement opportunities.
Other Duties
  • Undertake any reasonable ad-­hoc tasks as requested by the Site Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or production operations.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Comfortable using computer-based systems.
  • Experience in ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) for stock management is an advantage.
  • Physically able to handle boxes weighing 10–20 kg regularly.
  • Excellent time management, task management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Good report‑writing skills, with strong written and spoken English.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Able to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  • Valid Forklift/Reach Truck licence is essential.
  • Must be able to travel to Nanjing, China, to oversee bonded storage operations as required.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8-5 pm
