KeyResponsibilities

• SuperviseDailyOperations: Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning and executing daily warehouse activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient processes.
• InventoryManagement: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize accuracy.
• StaffManagement: Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and managing pay‑roll related activities. Assist in the recruitment and training of new employees.
• QualityControl: Implement and oversee quality control procedures to maintain high standards in warehouse operations.
• Communication: Coordinate with other departments and vendors to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods, resolving any issues that arise.
• SafetyCompliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, conducting regular safety drills and training for staff.
