Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics (S) Pte Ltd invites applications for a Warehouse Assistant/Coordinator role based in Singapore. You will run all warehouse operations including picking, receiving, put-away, packing, and palletizing for export, while maintaining accuracy and safety.

You will process orders and perform GR and GI in SAP and WMS, liaise with customers, conduct cycle counts, and ensure housekeeping and MHE management are up to standard. Saturday work is required when needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling goods.
• Proficient with scanning systems and data entry.
• Experience in FMCG logistic environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the role

The warehouse assistant/coordinator is responsible to run all the warehouse operation including picking, handling, checking, order processing, liaising with customers, cycle counts, receiving and releasing of cargo, put-away to bin locations, picking and consolidation, labelling, packing and quality control checks, palletizing for export, warehouse housekeeping, and material handling equipment management.
