Job summary

Commonwealth Culinary Creations Pte. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operator in Singapore to ensure accurate receipt of items, run inbound and outbound warehouse operations, and support picking, packing and issuing goods for deliveries to the logistics team.

You will maintain inventory accuracy in SAP, perform monthly stock-takes, and keep a clean, safe warehouse environment. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/WMS, plus the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP or any WMS system.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate receipt of items in accordance with SOPs and protocols.
• Execute daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations effectively.
• Support orders fulfilment, picking, packing, and issuing goods for deliveries to the logistic team.
• Coordinate with third party logistics (3PL) providers for daily inventory transfers and deliveries.
• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain database accuracy.
• Submit the daily inventory report to update inventory status to sales, production and procurement teams.
• Conduct monthly stock-take, perform daily inventory data entry in SAP system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Stuff, Unstuff, Restack, and label products as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding all warehouse and logistics concerns.
• Resolve inventory or warehouse operation issues and discrepancies promptly.
• Operate forklift and reach truck as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as required by the supervisor

Key Tasks:

• Operatethe forkliftand reach truck as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
