Job summary

FIEGE LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant who understands end-to-end warehouse operations from inbound to outbound, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities across B2B and B2C flows.

You will handle WMS transactions, use Excel for reporting, and operate MHE such as pallet jacks, stackers, and forklifts. The role requires hands-on, detail-oriented individuals who can lift up to 20kg and contribute to a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations (inbound through outbound)
• Hands-on experience with WMS and comfortable with Excel basics
• Able to safely lift and handle cargo up to 20kg
• Experience with MHE (pallet jacks, stackers, or forklifts preferred)
• Reliable, disciplined, and willing to take ownership of tasks
• Hungry to learn, adaptable, and keen to evolve with the business

Responsibilities

• Handle full warehouse processes: inbound, put-away, picking, packing, outbound, and returns
• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately for all transactions
• Use Excel for basic reporting, updates, and operational tracking
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and effectively
• Lift and move cargo (up to 20kg) as part of daily operations
• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and orderliness at all times
• Support colleagues when required and help train new staff
• Meet performance and accuracy targets set by supervisors

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant who knows how a warehouse runs — from inbound receiving to outbound dispatch.
