Job summary

DART SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse operations, handle goods, packing, unpacking and the preparation of shipments.

You will use handheld scanners and a warehouse management system to receive, stock, pick, pack, and load goods, perform stock checks, and ensure safe, timely delivery and orderly housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 15kg (approx.) and stand for long periods.
• Overtime may be required based on operations.
• Familiar with handheld scanners and WMS software.
• Safe handling and packing procedures must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare packing materials; pack, unpack, and move goods in a safe manner that prevents damage.
• Prepare shipments in and out of the warehouse.
• Inbound Cargo - Receive accurately all incoming shipments; sort and place received merchandise for put away/storage as per directed /undirected WMS work order.
• Outbound Cargo - Pick / pack /stage merchandise for delivery locally or externally as per directed WMS work order.
• Picking, packing, loading, and unloading of goods.
• Stocktaking, quality check, and general housekeeping.
• Load and unload merchandise into vehicles for delivery as per schedule.
• Ensure goods are delivered safely on time.

• Preferably familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system
