Job summary

GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a responsible Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth material flow for production and delivery activities.

You will assist with receiving, inventory records, stock counts, and timely dispatch, maintain 5S standards, and work in a fast-paced, non-air-conditioned environment. Prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 10–20 kg.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory updates and documentation.
• Willing to support overtime when required.
• Strong team player with a cooperative attitude.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Supervisor in daily activities.
• Receive raw materials and dispatch finished goods as scheduled.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
• Update stock records and inventory documentation.
• Assist production by preparing and issuing materials.
• Help with finished goods deliveries and shipping documents.
• Participate in stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned.

Job description

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth material flow for production and delivery activities. This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Supervisor in executing daily warehouse activities and assigned tasks
• Manage the receiving of raw materials and the dispatch of finished goods in accordance with operational schedules
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards and ensure 5S practices are consistently applied
• Update and maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation
• Support production by ensuring materials is prepared and issued accurately
• Assist with finished goods deliveries and verify shipping documentation prior to dispatch
• Participate in stock counts and promptly report any inventory discrepancies
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations

Requirements

• Able to handle manual lifting of approximately 10kg to 20kg
• Basic computer literacy for inventory updates and documentation
• Willing to support overtime work when operationally required
• Strong team player with a cooperative and positive attitude
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned environment
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage
