Job summary

TIONG NAM LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee all warehouse operations at Senoko.

You will handle order processing in SAP and WMS, coordinate with customers, and perform cycle counts, receipts, and releases. The role requires forklift operation and strong safety awareness, with opportunities for overtime as needed. Experience in FMCG is an advantage; Saturday work and on-call support for off-days/public holidays may be requested.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and meticulous in warehouse tasks.
• IT savvy for scanning systems and inventory checks.
• FMCG industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong safety awareness in warehouse operations.
• Able to operate forklift, VNA, or reach trucks.
• Willing to work Saturdays and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations including picking, handling, and checking.
• Process GR and GI in SAP and WMS; coordinate with customers.
• Perform daily/monthly/quarterly cycle counts.
• Receive and release cargo; put-away to bin locations.
• Picking, packing, and QC checks; palletize for export.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping; manage MHE usage.

Job Description

The warehouse coordinator is responsible to run all the warehouse operation (picking, handling, checking, etc)

• Order processing - to do GR and GI in SAP and WMS
• Liaising and co-ordinating with customer
• Performing daily/monthly/quarterly cycle count
• Receiving and releasing of cargo
• Put-away to bin location
• Picking and consolidation
• Labelling, packing and QC check
• Palletizing for export
• Any other warehouse ad-hoc duties
• Warehouse housekeeping
• MHE management

Job Requiremen

• Singaporeans / SPRs are most welcome to apply
• Detail-oriented
• IT savvy for scanning system
• Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry will be an added advantage
• Forklift, VNA or reach truck operation
