Job summary

LIGHT AVENUE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Fulfilment Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and timely customer order fulfilment. You will coordinate with Sales, suppliers and the operations team to ensure accurate deliveries and installations.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehouse/fulfilment or logistics, strong organisational skills, and experience with ERP systems (Odoo) and Excel. Comfort with fast-paced environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, fulfilment, logistics or related operations.
• Experience with lighting, sanitaryware, furniture or home improvement is an advantage.
• Proven organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Fulfilment Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

You will manage inventory, order fulfilment, deliveries and installations while coordinating with Sales, suppliers and the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Conduct daily team briefings and allocate tasks to warehouse and delivery teams.
• Check incoming goods against Purchase Orders and ensure quantity and condition are accurate.
• Ensure stock is properly organised, labelled and recorded in Odoo.
• Conduct stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Manage stock transfers, returns, damaged goods and replacements.
• Review confirmed Sales Orders and coordinate procurement and stock allocation.
• Coordinate with suppliers on stock availability, Purchase Orders, lead times and delays.
• Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and installations.
• Ensure orders are correctly picked, checked and loaded onto the correct delivery vehicle/van before dispatch.
• Monitor orders through delivery, installation and completion.
• Follow up on delays, failed deliveries, missing items and other fulfilment issues.
• Supervise warehouse and delivery teams and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safe storage.
• Improve warehouse and fulfilment processes to reduce errors and delays.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, fulfilment, logistics or related operations.
• Experience in lighting, sanitaryware, furniture or home improvement is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
