Job summary

MARINE SUPPORT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive warehouse supervisor to manage daily warehousing activities in Singapore. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and stock control while ensuring safety and accuracy.

The role requires 3–4 years of warehouse experience, proficiency in Excel, and a clean Class 3 driving record. Forklift licence is an advantage. You will coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to maintain efficient operations.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or collection.

Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock counts.

Ensure accurate stock movement and update inventory records.

Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse.

Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.

Operate warehouse equipment such as Electric Warehouse Stacker.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Prepare warehouse reports for submission and maintain proper documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety regulations.

Operate the provided van safely and responsibly.

Requirements:

Must possess a clean driving record (Class 3).

Independent and able to work multi-task.

Minimum 3-4 years of warehouse management experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Physically fit - able to carry up to 20kg load

Forklift licence is an advantage.

Team player with good communication skills.
