Job summary

RENTAL HYGIENE SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage stock accuracy, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments. You will lead a small team, ensure safety, and maintain proper storage and documentation.

The role requires experience in warehouse or logistics, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory systems and Excel. Physical tasks and independent work are part of the job.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching goods to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of goods following company procedures to maintain quality and safety
• Operate warehouse management systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and shipments
• Prepare delivery orders, goods receipts, inventory reports, and other warehouse documentation to support operational transparency
• Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization, and stock movement to identify and implement efficiency improvements
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to complete tasks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with operational standards
• Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and delivery issues, and implement corrective actions to resolve problems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing operating costs and enhancing warehouse performance
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support overall warehouse operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations preferred
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate operational data
• Comfortable working with inventory management systems to facilitate efficient warehouse processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications to support reporting and data management
• Detail-oriented with the ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a dynamic warehouse environment
• Able to perform physical tasks and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Forklift license and class 3 driving license will be advantageous
