Job summary

Dama Trading Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations, stock control and timely deliveries.

You will coordinate replenishments, manage 3PL partnerships, conduct monthly stock takes and ensure accurate documentation, while maintaining strong communication with Sales, Operations and drivers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory management.
• Good understanding of stock control and warehouse operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment.
• Experience with a 3PL warehouse is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including opening/closing, picking, put-away, housekeeping and stock movement.
• Monitor internal and 3PL stock, including daily replenishment and stock transfers.
• Coordinate twice-daily replenishment orders based on Sales and warehouse requirements.
• Arrange and monitor daily delivery schedules and follow up with drivers on delivery issues.
• Coordinate closely with 3PL partners on stock, transfers and operational matters.
• Conduct monthly stock take and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate incoming cargo receiving, container unstuffing and export packing.
• Handle rejected/damaged materials and ensure proper stock movement and documentation.
• Coordinate warehouse-related services such as waste collection and pest control.
• Manage MRU and other warehouse stock movements between designated locations.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Drivers and 3PL teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned by the Manager.
