Job summary

Rental Hygiene Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate stock, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments. You will lead a small team, enforce safety standards, and drive continuous improvements to processes and productivity.

The role requires hands-on experience with warehouse systems, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment; forklift license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations preferred
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate operational data
• Comfortable working with inventory management systems to facilitate efficient warehouse processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications to support reporting and data management
• Detail-oriented with the ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a dynamic warehouse environment
• Able to perform physical tasks and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Forklift license and class 3 driving license will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor inventory levels with regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, transporters and internal teams.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods to maintain quality and safety.
• Operate warehouse management systems to keep records up to date.
• Prepare delivery orders, goods receipts, and inventory reports.
• Monitor productivity, space utilization, and stock movement to identify efficiency improvements.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Enforce workplace safety and housekeeping according to procedures.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and delivery issues; implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operating costs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
