Job summary

LIGHT AVENUE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Fulfilment Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and timely customer order fulfilment. You will coordinate with Sales, suppliers and the operations team to ensure accurate deliveries and installations.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehouse/fulfilment or logistics, strong organisational skills, and experience with ERP systems (Odoo) and Excel. Comfort with fast-paced environments is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in warehouse, fulfilment, logistics or related operations.
Experience with lighting, sanitaryware, furniture or home improvement is an advantage.
Proven organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Conduct daily team briefings and allocate tasks to warehouse and delivery teams.
Check incoming goods against Purchase Orders and ensure quantity and condition are accurate.
Ensure stock is organised, labelled and recorded in Odoo.
Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and installations.
Monitor orders through delivery, installation and completion.
