Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Ward Services Supervisor to lead a team of Ward Service Associates in Singapore. You will oversee ward operations, ensure service standards, manage stock, and coordinate meal and nutrition service processes.

Reporting to ward supervisors and nursing staff, you will drive service improvements and supervise daily tasks to maintain smooth ward functioning. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of Ward Service Associates (WSAs).
• Ensure smooth ward operations and uphold service standards.
• Coordinate WSA deployment and daily task execution.
• Oversee stock levels and supplies for the ward.
• Support patient meal and nutrition service processes.
• Work closely with ward supervisors and nursing staff.
• Lead service improvement initiatives and projects.
• Perform any other operational duties as required.
