Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a supervisor to oversee the daily operations of Ward Service Associates and coordinate with Nursing teams to ensure smooth ward operations. The role includes leading a small team, monitoring stock, and driving service quality improvements in a hospital ward setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant operations, service, or supervisory experience and is prepared to work Monday to Friday in office hours at the West

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant operations, service or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and deployment of approximately 20 Ward Service Associates together with another supervisor
• Ensure service standards and smooth ward operations are maintained
• Supervise Ward Service Associates in supporting patients' nutrition and dietary requirements
• Monitor ward stock and supplies to ensure operational readiness
• Work closely with Nursing teams, ward supervisors and other stakeholders
• Handle day-to-day operational and manpower issues
• Lead service quality improvement initiatives
• Support other operational duties as required
