Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Ward Service Supervisor to oversee daily ward operations and manage a team of around 20 Ward Service Associates.

Based in the West, the role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant supervisory experience, with standard office hours Monday to Friday.

You will collaborate with Nursing teams and stakeholders to ensure high service standards, manage stock, and lead quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant operations, service or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and deployment of approximately 20 Ward Service Associates together with another supervisor.
• Ensure service standards and smooth ward operations are maintained.
• Supervise Ward Service Associates in supporting patients' nutrition and dietary requirements.
• Monitor ward stock and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
• Work closely with Nursing teams, ward supervisors and other stakeholders.
• Handle day-to-day operational and manpower issues.
• Lead service quality improvement initiatives.
• Support other operational duties as required.
