Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily ward service operations and coordinate about 20 Ward Service Associates with another supervisor, ensuring service standards and ward readiness.

Requirements: a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 1 year in operations, service or supervisory roles. Strong communication and teamwork skills are preferred. This full-time role is based in the West and offers up to SGD 4,500 per month.

• At least 1 year of relevant operations, service or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ward service operations and deployment of ~20 Ward Service Associates.
• Ensure service standards and smooth ward operations are maintained.
• Supervise Ward Service Associates in supporting patients' nutrition and dietary requirements.
• Monitor ward stock and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
• Work closely with Nursing teams, ward supervisors and other stakeholders.
• Handle day-to-day operational and manpower issues.
• Lead service quality improvement initiatives.
• Support other operational duties as required.
