Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Full-Time Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and deployment of Ward Service Associates, ensuring ward standards and smooth operations.

You will supervise Ward Service Associates in supporting patients' nutrition and dietary requirements, monitor ward stock, and work closely with Nursing teams and ward supervisors to lead service quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of operations/service/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and deployment of Ward Service Associates.
• Ensure service standards and smooth ward operations are maintained.
• Supervise Ward Service Associates in supporting patients' nutrition and dietary requirements.
• Monitor ward stock and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
• Work closely with Nursing teams, ward supervisors and other stakeholders.
• Handle day-to-day operational and manpower issues.
• Lead service quality improvement initiatives.
• Support other operational duties as required.
