Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Full-Time Ward Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations of about 20 Ward Service Associates, ensuring high standards and smooth ward performance.

You will coordinate with Nursing teams, monitor stock, lead service quality improvements, and support staffing needs. A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of supervisory experience are required. Working hours are standard office hours at the West location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant operations, service or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and deployment of ~20 Ward Service Associates with another supervisor.
• Ensure service standards and smooth ward operations are maintained.
• Supervise Ward Service Associates in supporting patients' nutrition and dietary requirements.
• Monitor ward stock and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Nursing teams, ward supervisors and other stakeholders.
• Handle day-to-day operational and manpower issues.
• Lead service quality improvement initiatives.
• Support other operational duties as required.
