Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a permanent, on-site Supervisor to oversee ward service operations in the West region. You will manage daily operations and deploy around 20 Ward Service Associates while ensuring smooth ward services and patient meals.

The role collaborates with Nursing teams and supports quality improvement initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant service operations or supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Service operations / supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and deployment of Ward Service Associates.
• Ensure smooth ward service and patient meal operations.
• Manage staff performance and day-to-day operational issues.
• Monitor ward stocks and supplies.
• Work closely with Nursing teams and support quality improvement initiatives.
