Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is hiring a Ward Operations Supervisor in Singapore West to oversee daily operations and coordinate about 20 Ward Service Associates with another supervisor, ensuring ward standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in operations or service. Working hours are Monday to Friday, office hours, with a salary of up to SGD 4,500 per month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of ward services.
• Deploy and supervise approximately 20 Ward Service Associates with another supervisor.
• Ensure service standards and smooth ward operations.
• Supervise Ward Service Associates in supporting patients' nutrition and dietary requirements.
• Monitor ward stock and supplies to ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with Nursing teams, ward supervisors and stakeholders.
• Handle day-to-day operational and manpower issues.
• Lead service quality improvement initiatives.
