Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Ward Operations Supervisor to manage daily ward activities and a team of about 20 Ward Service Associates. You will ensure high standards of service, coordinate with nursing teams, and address day-to-day operations and manpower needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in operations or service. Workplace is in the West, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of relevant operations, service or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and deployment of approximately 20 Ward Service Associates together with another supervisor.
• Ensure service standards and smooth ward operations are maintained.
• Supervise Ward Service Associates in supporting patients' nutrition and dietary requirements.
• Monitor ward stock and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
• Work closely with Nursing teams, ward supervisors and other stakeholders.
• Handle day-to-day operational and manpower issues.
• Lead service quality improvement initiatives.
• Support other operational duties as required.
