Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Ward Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations for ~20 Ward Service Associates in the West of Singapore. You will ensure high service standards and smooth ward operations while coordinating with Nursing teams and other stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant supervisory experience, with full-time employment and office- hours work from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant operations, service or supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and deployment of approximately 20 Ward Service Associates together with another supervisor
• Ensure service standards and smooth ward operations are maintained
• Supervise Ward Service Associates in supporting patients' nutrition and dietary requirements
• Monitor ward stock and supplies to ensure operational readiness
• Work closely with Nursing teams, ward supervisors and other stakeholders
• Handle day-to-day operational and manpower issues
• Lead service quality improvement initiatives
• Support other operational duties as required
