Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is recruiting for a Full-Time Ward Operations role in the West of Singapore. You will oversee daily operations and supervise Ward Service Associates to support patient nutrition and ward readiness.

You will collaborate closely with Nursing teams and ward supervisors, handle day-to-day manpower issues, drive service quality improvements, and ensure standards across the ward are maintained in line with hospital expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant operations, service or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and deployment of Ward Service Associates with another supervisor.
• Ensure service standards and smooth ward operations.
• Supervise Ward Service Associates in supporting patients' nutrition and dietary requirements.
• Monitor ward stock and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
• Work closely with Nursing teams, ward supervisors and other stakeholders.
• Handle day-to-day operational and manpower issues.
• Lead service quality improvement initiatives.
• Support other operational duties as required.
