Shangri-La Singapore is hiring a Waiter/Waitress (Lobby Lounge) to join our team. You will provide warm, friendly service, take orders accurately, and ensure dishes are served to the highest standards in a busy hotel lounge environment.

The role requires a welcoming personality, good communication, and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team across shifts, weekends, and public holidays. This is an onsite position within a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Familiarity with hygiene and safety protocols.
• Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
