Job summary

Shangri-La Singapore is seeking a Waiter/Waitress for Waterfall to deliver warm, attentive service to guests and ensure accurate order taking.

You will set up and maintain dining areas, work with kitchen staff for smooth service flow, and uphold hygiene and safety standards. Shift work including weekends is required to support guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year of experience in restaurant or hotel service preferred
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
• Familiarity with hygiene and safety protocols
• Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
